Return and Cancellation Policy

Delivery Policy

Transfer of Risk & Title

Risk of loss and ownership of the goods shall pass to the customer at the time the goods are handed over to the carrier (courier / logistics partner).

Address Accuracy & Re-delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including recipient name, address, PIN code, and contact number.
  • In case of non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer, any additional cost incurred for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
  • Requests for order cancellation are not entertained once the order is successfully placed on the website.

Recipient Unavailability

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address:
  • The courier may leave the parcel with a neighbor along with a delivery note.
  • If neighbors refuse to accept the parcel, a notice will be left requesting the recipient to contact our office or courier partner.
  • In such cases, the order shall be treated as delivered and fully chargeable.

Courier & Postal Deliveries

For deliveries made via courier services, speed post, or registered post, the respective courier/postal service provider’s delivery policies shall apply. The company reserves the right to charge the full order value if the recipient refuses delivery for any reason.

Delivery Timelines

While LDD Bioscience makes every effort to ensure prompt delivery, delays or early deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances shall not entitle the customer to claim damages or compensation.

Right to Refuse Service

LDD Bioscience reserves the right to refuse service to any customer, at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason.

Change in Shipping Address

Requests for change of shipping address must be emailed to us. Such requests will be accommodated only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only under the circumstances outlined below, in accordance with applicable laws and internal SOPs.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

  1. Damaged or Defective Products
    • The damaged/defective product must be returned along with original packaging and contents.
    • After verification and inspection, the company may either:
      • Re-ship the product, or
      • Issue a full refund, at its sole discretion.
  1. Out-of-Stock Products
    • If an ordered product is unavailable, the amount for that product will be refunded.
  2. Refund Intimation Timeline
    • Refund requests must be emailed to info@lddbioscience.com within 2 hours of payment.
    • Requests received after this period will not be entertained.
  3. Incorrect Customer Information
    • No refund shall be made if incorrect details are provided by the customer.
    • However, changes may be considered if emailed within 1 hour of placing the order, subject to dispatch status.
  4. Post-Delivery Policy
    • Once the product has been delivered, no refund shall be made.
  5. Processing Timeline
    • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days from receipt of the request.
    • Actual credit time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway processing timelines.
  6. Duplicate Payments
    • In case of accidental double payment for a single order, one payment will be refunded.
  7. Transaction Charges
    • Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable transaction charges, payment gateway fees, or any delivery/service costs incurred by LDD Bioscience.
